PakNEV publishes a car catalog, a comparison tool, a public charging station map, a route planner, a neighbourhood plug directory, and news. We are not a dealer, not a marketplace, and not an agent for any manufacturer, dealer, charging operator or host. We do not sell anything on this site and we take no commissions.

Prices, on-road cost estimates, specifications, range figures and running-cost figures are compiled from public sources and are indicative only. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and manufacturers change them without notice. Always confirm the exact price, variant, features and availability with the dealer before making any purchase decision. Nothing on PakNEV is an offer, a quote, or purchase advice.

Our charging map is community-informed. Stations are submitted by operators and drivers and reviewed before publishing, but details (location, connectors, power, pricing, hours) can go stale at any time. Live status is built from anonymous driver check-ins: each check-in is a claim by one person at one moment, not a fact we have verified, and check-ins expire after 24 hours. A station shown as working may be offline when you arrive. Plan long trips with a margin and call ahead where a phone number is listed.

Neighbourhood listings are private individuals sharing their own wall socket or home charger. For these listings PakNEV is a directory only:

• We are not a party to any arrangement between a host and a driver. Whether to meet, host, charge or pay, and on what terms, is entirely between the two of you.
• We do not verify hosts or drivers, do not process or hold payments, take no cut, and do not arrange or supervise visits. A "Number verified" badge means only that the listed WhatsApp number responded to us, nothing more.
• We offer no recourse for anything that happens under such an arrangement, including disputes over payment, property, electrical safety or personal safety. Hosts are responsible for the safety and legality of their own electrical installation.
• Map pins on home listings are deliberately approximate. Reviews are moderated before they appear but remain the opinions of their authors, not a PakNEV endorsement.

When you submit a station, a check-in, a review or a listing, you confirm it is truthful, submitted in good faith, and that you have the right to share it. You grant PakNEV a non-exclusive right to publish, edit, aggregate and remove it. We may reject, edit or delete any contribution, mute reporting on any station, and remove any listing, at our discretion and without notice. Do not submit false reports, spam, other people's personal information, or content that is unlawful in Pakistan. We apply rate limits and other technical measures to prevent abuse, and you agree not to circumvent them.

The site and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakNEV and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it, including decisions to buy a car, travel to a charger, or enter into an arrangement with a host or driver.
